Shipping
The price you see is the price you pay! We offer FREE shipping on all orders.
We currently ship to the following regions/countries:
North America: Canada, USA
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
NEW: Romania
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
We are working hard to ship to additional countries! If you do not see your country in this list, please let us know where you are and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, but may take a bit longer during holidays or periods of high order volumes. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Average shipping times are usually between 7-15 business days for Standard Express Shipping.
Please see the estimated release date on each Pre-Order product page. Pre-Order products will ship with the same shipping estimates as usual starting from that date.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 1 year limited warranty. If your product is defective, you can contact us at support@arcadianorth.com and we will do our best to make things right.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and subject to our full discretion. However, after 30 days from receiving your product, the order is not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@arcadianorth.com.

All sales are final once your order has been processed and shipped.
Unfortunately, we are not accepting any returns at this time. Items sent back to us will not be accepted.
For any missing or damaged orders, we offer a free replacement.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start the replacement process, you can contact us at support@arcadianorth.com. Please note that replacements are at our full discretion. If the product is damaged by no fault of ours, a replacement will not be issued.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not accepted.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you wish to cancel your order, reach out to support@arcadianorth.com for a cancellation request as soon as possible. However, we cannot promise the cancellation of any order. Once orders are processed and/or shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

Custom Orders
Yes! Send us an email at custom@arcadianorth.com with your design and we will provide a FREE mockup and quote in 1-3 business days. We want to help you make your dream creation into reality!
Once we receive your design, we will provide a FREE mockup and quote. Prices vary based on the size and complexity of the design.
After confirmation of the mockup and quote, a secure payment link will be provided. Once your payment is processed, your custom order will be made in 4-7 business days on average. The same average shipping times apply.
