This arrived quickly and well packaged. This is my second purchase, this being for my younger son. He is very happy with it. Some points to consider for improvement? First, the wire connection is multi-coloured and is ugly, this could perhaps be wrapped black to make it neater looking. Second, the LED strip isn’t quite high enough to light up the upper part of his head (can be seen in photo attached). I would still recommend to others.
I recently ordered a light from Arcadia. (Bakugo silhouette.) The order process was easy, and it came pretty fast as well. There was an issue with a part, but when I reached out, their team was on it! They emailed me back quickly (even on the weekends,) and then sent a replacement right away. They were amazing. I will be ordering another light from them.
We ordered an Arcane poster for our son for a Christmas present. It's one of his favorite shows and this poster is high quality and a much better material than others out there. It arrived securely packaged and in good condition. The poster was colorful and very eye-catching. He will be returning to this site for another in the series. Thank you!
A bit skeptical at first but talking to customer service helped reassured me. The product came in a reinforced box to prevent damages and the lights are great. Great addition to my dbz collection.
